After a frustrating experience using another brokerage (which generated no serious offers), I turned to Fiona at Unit Realty Group to represent my 2-family condo conversion project in Arlington. Within a week of her open houses I had multiple bids that culminated in 2 accepted offers and I couldn't be happier. Fiona's professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference. Not only is she easy to work with, she's also easy to get a hold of...she's generous with her time, a rarity today in my opinion, and will work long and odd hours to make sure the job gets done. She's negotiated the purchase of my next 2-family and will assuredly handle the condo sales down the road. I can't recommend her more highly.

We could not have been more impressed with a realtor! Not only does Fiona understand real estate, but she understands her client and how to guide them in the correct direction. We are so excited to be in the perfect property for us in Charlestown and could not have done it without her guidance and perseverance. We were so lucky to have Fiona as our realtor, but more importantly as a close friend now! She is a master at her craft and HIGHLY recommend her to everyone in their house hunting search!
Exploring New Neighborhoods
Fiona was patient, kind, informative, and fun to work with. She introduced me to some new neighborhoods I hadn't been to and took the time to educate me along the way. Wound up in a great place that met all my criteria. I miss house hunting with her now that I'm moved in!
New to the Area
My wife and I decided to move back to Boston and chose Charlestown as the area we wanted to reside, which like the rest of Boston is very competitive. Since it had been a while since we lived in the area, we needed an informed agent to help us understand the market and intricacies of Massachusetts Real Estate laws. Once again Fiona at Unit Realty Group helped me fill a soon-to-be-vacant apartment in record time. Having procrastinated in July, I was worried I'd missed the 9/1 rush. Leaving the listing in her capable hands I had multiple inquiries and a signed lease in under a week! Not only is she thorough and easy to work with, but her suggestions and eye for staging/minimization really brought out the best in my place.
